Your goal is to confirm the rumors about a bizarre experiment made on hospital patients. However, as you explore, you will find that there is a mutant on the loose.

Gameplay-wise, Subject 65 offers a premise typical of any indie horror game. It is simple and functional within the game's purpose. However, the atmosphere and tension are very well-built. The music also built a great and macabre atmosphere.

Your goal is to confirm if the rumors are true or not. Of course, that rumor is true. There is a monster on the loose, and now your goal is to escape the hospital.

Typical of horror games, you will play Subject 65 by exploring the hospital. Along the way, you will collect clues to solve the puzzle and keys to access doors. The controls are simple, using both your keyboard and mouse. WASD allows movement, while the E button lets you interact with items. You can also press F to use the flashlight. Although, you will have to pick it up first.

As mentioned, it offers a well-built atmosphere of horror and tension. The graphics are well done, and there is no lack of situations where you are apprehensive. Moreover, the soundtrack adds to the macabre atmosphere. However, the scary ambient sounds appear way too often that you end up ignoring them since they do not mean anything. Some glitches also prevent you from moving on to the next section.
